EPSCO on site services are designed to serve the needs of customers in various markets sectors. Although the specific applications may vary they all share a need to control residues or microbiological contamination that adversely affect performance, efficiency and impact on production or negatively effect bacteriological integrity and environmental performance.

Typical examples of decontamination include removal of inorganic and organic deposits including bio-films and a wide range of commonly occurring bacteria and pathogens from water distribution systems including water treatment works, service reservoirs, trunk mains and localised distribution systems; the removal of deposits from cooling systems including fill pack and heat exchange plant; chemical cleaning and/or disinfection of all types of process plants. The removal of these deposits increases efficiency, reduces corrosion rates, reduces disinfection demand and disinfection by products such as THM’s.
